Overnight Oats

Overnight oats for you early risers. This recipe is the quickest breakfast ever. Make at night, and grab a spoon and go, in the morning! Makes a great snack and you can even take camping. Delish.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of oatmeal (I use Quaker instant oatmeal)
  • 1/4 ripened banana
  • 2 tbsp. shredded coconut (sweetened)
  • 1/3 cup of granola
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • Milk of your choice. (I use coconut milk)

Preparation

    Combine all ingredients in a mason jar and put the lid on.

    Shake the jar until all ingredients are combined.

    Store in refrigerator or cooler, overnight.

    Enjoy the next day!
