Truthfully, no matter what you put on this sandwich, it’s delicious. When it’s cold outside, I love to pair it with a tomato bisque soup. I want one now.

- 4 pieces of sourdough bread, buttered on one side
- shaved turkey
- sliced salami
- pesto sauce
- sundried tomatoes
- baby spinach
- shredded mozzarella
- blackening seasoning
1In a skillet, cook shaved turkey in a splash of olive oil
2Sprinkle the blackening season on turkey and cook on medium low heat.
3Spread pesto on unbuttered side of bread.
4Add sun-dried tomatoes, mozzarella, spinach, salami and turkey, and bread.
5Place sandwich buttered side down and cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.
6Enjoy with soup or a salad!
