BBQ Chicken Pizza

This deep-dish delight is better than any pizza you can order and totally worth the little work it requires. This crowd pleaser hits the spot every time.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, thawed
  • Pillsbury pizza crust
  • 1 cup of bbq sauce
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 chopped onion
  • 2 cups of parmesan
  • 2 cups of mozzarella
  • 1 cup of crushed tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • garlic salt
  • lemon pepper seasoning

Preparation

    Heat oven to 425 degrees.

    Spray casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.

    Roll dough out and halfway up the casserole dish evenly.

    Pre-bake dough for 8 minutes.

    Cook chicken breasts over medium until throughly cooked. Set aside.

    Mix garlic, bbq sauce, and crushed tomatoes, and spread across dough.

    Sprinkle a small amount of garlic salt and lemon pepper seasoning across the mixture.

    Add chicken, cheese, onion, and cilantro.

    Drizzle bbq sauce across the top of the pizza.

    Bake pizza for 15 minutes at 425.
