This deep-dish delight is better than any pizza you can order and totally worth the little work it requires. This crowd pleaser hits the spot every time.

- 2 chicken breasts, thawed
- Pillsbury pizza crust
- 1 cup of bbq sauce
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 chopped onion
- 2 cups of parmesan
- 2 cups of mozzarella
- 1 cup of crushed tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- garlic salt
- lemon pepper seasoning
1Heat oven to 425 degrees.
2Spray casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
3Roll dough out and halfway up the casserole dish evenly.
4Pre-bake dough for 8 minutes.
5Cook chicken breasts over medium until throughly cooked. Set aside.
6Mix garlic, bbq sauce, and crushed tomatoes, and spread across dough.
7Sprinkle a small amount of garlic salt and lemon pepper seasoning across the mixture.
8Add chicken, cheese, onion, and cilantro.
9Drizzle bbq sauce across the top of the pizza.
10Bake pizza for 15 minutes at 425.
11Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
